About Owner Emily Caldwell:
With more than two decades of leadership experience across nonprofit and higher education settings, Emily Caldwell partners with individuals, executive teams, and mission-driven organizations to strengthen leadership capacity, elevate team effectiveness, and build cultures grounded in clarity, accountability, and purpose.
Emily serves as Director of StrongPoints at Meredith College, where she leads a campus-wide initiative integrating strengths-based development into student success, employee engagement, and institutional culture. She also teaches the graduate course Leading Boards and Staff and previously taught Principles of Leadership, equipping emerging and established leaders with practical tools for governance, strategic thinking, and collaborative culture-building.
Since 2021, Emily has served as a certified CliftonStrengths coach, integrating strengths-based development with executive and academic coaching frameworks rooted in positive psychology. Her coaching helps clients simplify stress, increase self-awareness, navigate growth and transition with confidence, and move from reactive leadership to intentional, aligned decision-making.
Emily holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership and is a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths Coach and BoardSource-certified Board Consultant. She is currently completing ICF-accredited coach training through Coach Training EDU as she works toward her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential, further strengthening her commitment to professional excellence and ethical coaching standards.
